Jade Klue

Jade felt like she got to a point where she wasn’t feeling confident in her body and always
wanted to compete. She tried generic diet and workout plans from the internet but felt she was not seeing the results she was hoping for.

 

After she mentioned her goal to her friend, Jade joined TeamLRF and has been making great progress

A great source of motivation...

“I feel like having that support and weekly check ins all really motivate me to stick to it and
having goals each week to strive towards really makes it that bit easier and more enjoyable. "

Jade’s results so far...

" So far I’ve lost around 5kg since starting and feel like I’ve got more shape to my body, less pudginess in unwanted areas just in general feel great. "

More than just the number on the scale...

“I think what’s changed most is my opinion about myself when I look in the mirror. I've never really been one to care what people think but I think it has definitely boosted my confidence in myself! I also learned that rest is a big part as well as consistency and to trust the process.”
